How many times have you heard that confidence is the key to success? As important as it is, building confidence isn’t always that easy.
Continuing on my series to being a great dater, two ways I think you can grow your confidence with ease are:
- Talking to more people
- Speaking up
These can sometimes be hard things for us to do, especially when most of us spend most of our days hiding. We don’t share who are with everyone and we’re afraid of interactions.
But once you become comfortable stepping out of your shell your confidence levels will soar.
